Starting from Domaine du Buc, a morning or an afternoon with a digital or paper Roadbook, to discover the history, the landscapes, the heritage and the profession of winegrower.
Visit of the 2 wine estates in 2 Gaillacois châteaux.
Meeting with the winegrowers, guided tours of their cellars during which they will explain the wine making process, the work of the vines and the grape varieties, etc. Each visit to the Chateau is followed by a wine tasting. A local gourmet assortment will be offered after the 2nd visit. During your half-day, you will discover in a privileged way the Gaillac vineyards, its heritage, its history and its winegrowers.

Throughout the day, Alain will tell you the fabulous story of the use of these dovecotes (sometimes reserved for Lords, sometimes for Peasants), a good part of which is being renovated.
Lunch based on pigeons in a typical Tarn restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit of the Ecomusée du Pigeons (possibility for you to buy different breeds of pigeons) and continuation of the dovecote circuit.
