In your room :
Before your arrival, complete cleaning:
- Room ventilation
- Change of bed linen, towels, floor mats
- Disinfection of sanitary facilities, sinks, showers, handles (doors, cabinets, windows), switches. Vacuuming with filter cleaning after each pass, floor washing
- Use of microfiber cloths, washed at 60 ° every day

During your stay,
If you privatize the Estate (lodging formula), we do not intervene since you are independent and we only intervene on request. If you book on a "bed and breakfast" basis, we do the daily cleaning:
with disinfection of sanitary facilities, sinks, showers, handles, emptying of bins.
Liquid soap and hydroalcoholic gel are available in each room.
We also have fabric masks available in each room (if you don't have your masks with you). These will be washed at 60 ° after your departure.
In the common areas:
- Daily cleaning: disinfection of all contact points (handles, stair railings, switches) vacuum cleaner with cleaning of the filter after each passage, washing of the floor
- Hydro alcoholic gel will also be available in the common areas.
- The breakfast tables are separate (no large common table). Breakfasts are served at each table (no buffet).
- In the living room, the safety distances must be respected.
Pool area:
A shower with soap (either in the room or at the pool) is mandatory before entering the water. Hydro alcoholic gel is also available on site.
Laundry care:
The laundry is maintained by a professional laundry: the ELIS company based in Toulouse. This company guarantees us the washing of sheets and pillowcases at a minimum of 60 ° for 30min.
On our side, we wash the towels and bath towels on site, also at 60 °.
